YAY x Infinity!
im so friggin excited!!!! i just booked a flight to florida to visit my BFF salvatore! i have not seen him in THREE years...i can't believe how long it has been. i realized that i HAD to see him before i moved from the east coast because it might be a very long time before i'm able to afford a flight from california to florida.
i know my parents will be pissed at me for booking the flight since i'm supposed to be saving money (thats the whole reason why we moved back in with my parents this week). i think i'm just gonna tell them that my sister gave me a free flight to use so that i can avoid any controversy (a.k.a. guilt trips). i know its wrong to lie to them but i really don't want to get a lecture from my parents about $.
whats also great is that i get to miss three days of work! i would have taken off the whole week if i could but i really shouldn't be gone for that long or else the office turns into total chaos.
i'm so happy!!!! i'm totally going to get sal to cut my hair. i have not seen him since he got his hairdresser license so i am eager to see what kind of magic he can work. no matter what hairdresser i go to, they NEVER cut my hair right. i keep asking for layers and angles in the front but they never cut it short enough for me. sal knows my hair better then anyone (he used to style my hair at the bus stop before school back in the day) so i might go ahead and try something new and different (bangs maybe??). i'm also looking forward to getting my eyebrows trimmed! he used to pluck my eyebrows every week, oh how i miss those pampering days. i can pluck my own eyebrows now but i'm too afraid to trim them by myself.
most of all though, i am just so happy to finally be spending time with sal. i miss him so much! he is like my brother from another mother. i'm also looking forward to spending time with his parents and his sister - they are seriously like my second family. and the best part is that we will be in florida! i hope it is nice out so we can go to the beach (every other time i've gone down there, i brought the rain with me! hopefully no hurricanes show up this time!).
